Section 17(f) in Caltex [Acquisition of Shares of Caltex Oil Refining (India) Limited And of the Undertakings in India of Caltex (India) Limited] Act, 1977
(f)wrongfully uses any property forming part of any undertaking of Caltex (India) in India, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees, or with both.
