Section 283(1) in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012
(1)An LLP liquidator who desires to resign his office shall summon separate meetings of the partners and creditors, if any, of the LLP to decide whether or not his resignation shall be accepted. If the partners and creditors, if any, agree, by majority, to accept the resignation of the LLP liquidator, the resignation shall take effect. In any other case, the LLP liquidator shall report to the Tribunal the result of the meetings and apply for appropriate orders of the Tribunal and the Tribunal may, upon such application, determine whether or not the resignation of the LLP liquidator shall be accepted, and may give such directions and make such orders as it considers necessary.
