Section 32 in Jharkhand Industrial Area Development Authority Regulations, 2016
32. Civil Works.
- i. Any engineering or other works carried out in the Authority shall be guided, as far as practicable, by the provisions contained in PWD Code as applicable to the State Government.Order: It is ordered that a copy of the resolution should be sent for publication in the special edition of the Jharkhand Gazette, reputed Journals and Newspapers and be circulated among all the Departments/Departmental heads and Subordinate officers of the Government.
