Section 6(1) in AADHAAR (AUTHENTICATION AND OFFLINE VERIFICATION) REGULATIONS, 2021

(1)After communicating the information in accordance with Regulation 5, a requesting entity or Offline Verification Seeking Entity (OVSE) shall obtain the consent of the Aadhaar number holder or in case of achild, the consent of the parent or guardian of the child for the authentication or verification.
