Section 5(1) in Gorkhaland Territorial Administration Act, 2011
(1)The Gorkhaland Territorial Administration shall have a Sabha to be called the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration Sabha consisting of fifty Members, excluding ex officio members mentioned in sub-section (3), of whom forty-five shall be elected on the basis of adult suffrage, from the territorial constituencies referred to in section 6 and five shall be nominated by the Governor.
