Section 26(2) in The West Bengal Co-Operative Societies Act, 1983
(2)The special general meeting [under clause (a) or clause (b) of subsection (1)] [Words, figure, letters and brackets substituted by West Bengal Act 27 of 1989.] shall be called within two months from the date of the requisition or the direction, as the case may be.
