Section 14(2) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(2)Each Faculty shall have a Faculty Council. The Faculty Council shall propose to the Academic Council the courses of study and curricula for the various programmes offered. The Faculty Council shall also review from time to time the standards of teaching and evaluation of students.
