                  WRIT PETITION NO.4809 OF 2019

                                  ORDER

The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under:

'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction declaring the action of the 4th respondent in issuing ROR Case No. 5(A)-B/192/2019 dated 07-02-2019 basing on a fraudulent stamp paper is illegal, arbitrary and violation of Principles of natural justice and violation of Article. 14, 16, 21 and 300(A) of Constitution of India and direct the 4th respondent to issue the digital passbook on the application made by the petitioner in form 6(A) dated 17-09- 2018 and 11-09-2018, according of the order of the Hon'ble High Court in w.p.no.29317/2018 dated 20-08-2018 and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case.' The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would however inform this Court that the Tahsildar, Thungathurthy Mandal, Suryapet District, considered the application of the petitioner for mutation along with the application made by his brother under Section 5-A of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, and by proceedings No.B/92/2019 dated 02.03.2019, the Tahsildar rejected both the applications. A copy of the said proceedings dated 02.03.2019 is produced before this Court and the learned Assistant Government Pleader undertakes to furnish a copy thereof to Sri P.Lalitha Kamesh, learned counsel for the petitioner.

In the light of the aforestated development, the complaint of the petitioner as framed in this writ petition no longer survives for consideration.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies against the aforestated proceedings dated 02.03.2019 before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
