Section 54(1) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
(1)The Government may assign to a Panchayat Samiti or a Zila Parishad functions in relation to any matters to which the executive authority of the State Government extends or the function which have been assigned to the State Government by the Central Government.
