ORDER :
1. We have heard Mr. Darius Khambata, the learned senior counsel for the appellant and Mr. Mustafa Doctor, the learned senior counsel for SEBI through video conference.
2. After hearing the learned senior counsel, we allow the appellant to file an affidavit within 24 hours after serving it upon the respondent. The respondent is allowed a week's time thereafter to file 2 a reply to the memo of appeal as well as to the affidavit that is going to be filed. Rejoinder, if any, may be filed within a week thereafter.
3. List on July 30, 2020 at 12:30 p.m. through video conference.
4. The present matter was heard through video conference due to Covid-19 pandemic. At this stage, it is not possible to sign a copy of this order nor a certified copy of this order could be issued by the Registry. In these circumstances, this order will be digitally signed by the Presiding Officer on behalf of the bench and all concerned parties are directed to act on the digitally signed copy of this order.
