Section 221(3)(b) in Jharkhand Municipal Act, 2011

(b)for the use of the owner or the occupier of such premises or not, shall, unless the municipality has otherwise determined, or does at any time otherwise determine, vest, and shall be deemed always to have been vested, in the municipality.
