50. Power to purchase land or lease by agreement.
- The Authority may enter into agreement with any person for the acquisition from him by purchase, lease or exchange, of any land or any interest therein which may be acquired under section 49:Provided that if the value of such land exceeds fifty thousand rupees, the Authority shall not enter into such agreement without the prior approval of the Government.
