Section 112(1) in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977

(1)All references by the Local Development [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] to the State Government under this Chapter shall be routed through the Director, Town and Country Planning, Haryana.
