Section 121(2) in The West Bengal Separation of Judicial And Executive Functions Act, 1970
(2)after clause (d), the following clause shall be inserted, namely :-"(e) make rules regulating the control and supervision of different classes of Magistrates and the control, supervision and inspection of different classes of Courts;".
