Section 7(7) in Himachal Pradesh Specified Essential Commodities (Regulation of Distribution) Order, 2019
(7)The ration card holder shall be entitled to draw specified essential commodities from a Fair Price Shop as per his/her entitlement. It is not necessary for him/her to lift the entire quantity of specified essential commodity that he/she is entitled to in one go. However, if the Card holder fails to draw quota of specified essential commodities during the month for which entitlement is made, the same shall stand lapsed.
