64. Annual Statements.
- The managing committee of every society, or any officer of the society appointed for the purpose by the managing committee, shall prepare yearly, in such forms as may be prescribed by the Registrar :-(a)an account showing the receipts and disbursements of the year;(b)a profit and loss account;(c)a balance-sheet;(d)any other statement prescribed by the Registrar from time to time.Chapter - VI Privileges And Powers Of Co-Operative Societies
