Section 12(1) in Uttar Pradesh Sugar Undertakings (Acquisition) Act, 1971
(1)The State Government shall, by notification in the Gazette, constitute a Tribunal to perform the functions assigned to it by this Act, and different Tribunals may be constituted in respect of different scheduled undertakings.
