Section 10(1) in The Milk and Milk Product Order, 1992
(1)On or after the commencement of this Order, no person to whom a registration certificate has been issued under this Order shall handle, produce or deal with any item of milk or milk product in excess of the capacity specified in the registration certificate or collect milk from outside the milkshed area specified in the registration certificate unless he obtains the previous permission of the Controller to do so.
