Section 250(1) in The City of Panaji Corporation Act, 2002
(1)The Corporation shall provide a place or places with all necessary apparatus and establishment, for the disinfection of conveyances, clothing, bedding or other articles which have become infected, and when any articles have been brought to any such place for disinfection, shall cause them to be disinfected either-(a)free of charge; or(b)in its discretion, on payment of such fees as it may from time to time fix in this behalf.
