Section 10(2) in Chakma Autonomous District Council (Village Councils) Act, 2002
(2)The President with the help of the Secretary shall cause submission of the latest population register/list every year of the Village Council to the Executive Committee or any other Officer that may be appointed by the Chakma Autonomous District Council for the purpose.
