Section 48(v) in The Manual of Procedure for Alternative Disputes Resolution 2009 to be Used by the Courts in the State of Rajasthan as Well as by the Arbitrators for Disposal of Cases
(v)Alter the receipt of the award, the suit or proceedings pending before the Court shall be restored to the board for prompt disposition.
