Das By Stay Order No. 41938/2013 dated 5.8.2013, the applicant was directed to predeposit the entire amount of tax along with interest and to report compliance on 14.10.2013.
2. None appears on behalf of the applicant and there is no compliance report on record. In view of that the appeal filed by the appellant is dismissed for non-compliance of the stay order under Section 35F of the Central Excise Act, 1944.
