Section 55(3) in Bombay Primary Education Act, 1947
(3)The [State] Government may make orders as to the cost of any enquiry made under sub-section (1) and as to the party by whom and the funds out of which they shall be paid and such order may on the application of the [State] Government or of any person named therein be executed as if it were a decree of a Civil Court.
