2. Learned APP has reported that applicant is accused in following crimes; Crime Nos.120 of 2016, 168 of 2017, 233 of 2017 registered with APMC Police Station for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 413, 414, 74 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code ('IPC' for short).

3. Besides applicant accused in Crime no. 1236 of 2017, 142 of 2018 and 166 of 2019 under Section 379 of the IPC.

4. Applicant is seeking his enlargement on bail in Crime No.72 of 2019.

5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the Sessions trial in which applicant is accused for the alleged offence punishable under Section 413 has reached the stage of final arguments.

6. Section 413 of the IPC prescribed the punishment with imprisonment for life or with imprisonment of either description which may extend to ten years for habitually dealing in stolen property.

7. In the subject crime, applicant is also an accused for commission of an offence under Section 413 of IPC.

8. In view of the facts aforesaid, the application is rejected. However, applicant is at liberty to apply for bail, after the Sessions case in which, he is facing the charge under Section 413 of the Cr.P.C. is concluded.

9. With this liberty, the application is disposed of.
