Section 0(iii) in The West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission (Cogeneration and Generation of Electricity from Renewable Sources of Energy) Regulations, 2010
(iii)Small Hydro - For energy from small hydel projects, the price cap is fixed at Rs. 3.64 per kWh for five years from the date of coming into force of these regulations.
