Section 4(5) in The Orissa Animal Contagious Diseases Rules, 1957
(5)Every person in charge of animals shall, give reasonable assistance to the Officer in charge of the quarantine station and his subordinates, for the inspection, vaccination, and marking of from the place allotted tor their halt.
