Section 22 in The Family Courts (Jharkhand High Court) Rules, 2004
22. Adjournment by the Court.
- The petition so fixed shall not be adjourned by the Court unless there are circumstances justifying such adjournment and to meet the ends of justice. The Court shall record its reasons for adjourning a matter.
