2. Definitions.-
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,-(a)"agent" and "owner" have the meanings respectively assigned to them in clauses (c) and (l) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Mines Act, 1952 (35 of 1952);(b)"factory" and "occupier" have the meanings respectively assigned to them in clauses (m) and (n) of section 2 of the Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948);
