Section 5 in National Security (Rajasthan Condition of Detention) Order, 1980
5. Diet.
- A detenu shall be entitled to the same diet as is prescribed for a prisoner;Provided that a detenu may, with the permission of the District Magistrate, be permitted to receive food from private sources to the same extent and in the same manner as a prisoner.
