Section 20(2) in The Energy Conservation Act, 2001
(2)The Fund shall be applied for meeting-(a)the salary, allowances and other remuneration of Director-General, Secretary, officers and other employees of the Bureau;(b)expenses of the Bureau in the discharge of its functions under section 13;(c)fee and allowances to be paid to the members of the Governing Council under sub-section (5) of section 4;(d)expenses on objects and for purposes authorised by this Act.
