Section 13(1) in The Orissa Marine Fishing Regulation Rules, 1983
(1)The Adjudicating Officer on receipt of any report from the Authorised Officer as provided under Section 16 (i) shall issue notices to the parties concerned within a period not exceeding 15 days, for hearing.
