Section 51(iii) in Rajasthan Farmers' Participation in Management of Irrigation System rules, 2002
(iii)The Auditor so appointed shall take all steps necessary to scrutinize the accounts of receipts and expenditure, within thirty days of this appointment and furnish the audit report alongwith the statement of accounts and balance sheet to the President of the concerned Farmers' Organisation;
