Information sought:
The Appellant sought certified copies of all documents/correspondence etc. relating to file number: 45011/16/2011 - BAP (Part I) and (Part - II).
Grounds for the Second Appeal:
The CPIO has not provided the desired information.1

Appellant: Present on phone.
Respondent: Sanjay Kashyap, CPIO, Under Secretary, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, B.A.P. Section, 5th Floor, 'A' Wing, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi - 110001, present on Phone.
At the outset, Commission remarked that second appeal based on the similar subject matter has already been heard and disposed of by the Commission in case number CIC/MOIAB/A/2017/602648/SD on 10/07/2018.
Appellant stated that the information sought in the instant RTI Application pertains to different time period. He further requested the Commission to direct the CPIO to provide the relevant information for the relevant time period as sought under the instant RTI Application.
CPIO submitted that he will abide by the orders of the Commission, if any, in the concerned matter. He further submitted that he is confined to his home presently because the same is in the containment zone of COVID-19.
Decision Commission has gone through the case records and on the basis of proceedings during hearing directs the CPIO to provide relevant correspondence/notesheets relating to file no.45011/16/2011 - BAP (Part I) and (Part - II) for the relevant time period as sought in the instant RTI Application to the Appellant, free of cost within 15 days from the date Respondent starts attending office after lockdown and send a compliance report of the same to the Commission in due course.2
