The present application under Section 439 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 („Cr.P.C.‟) has been filed by the petitioner seeking grant of regular bail to the applicant/ petitioner in case FIR bearing no. 557/2017, registered at Police Station Mangol Puri, Delhi, for offences punishable under Sections 302/148/149/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 („IPC‟) and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959.
