1. Issue notice. Mr. Pankaj Yadav, Advocate, accepts notice for respondent.
2. Our attention has been drawn by Mrs. Avnish Ahlawat to the order at page 445 wherein in an identical matter, this Court had stayed the impugned judgment. It is her submission that the services of the respondent were also terminated being part of the same misdemeanour.
3. Till the next date of hearing there shall be stay of the order dated December 06, 2022 passed in O.A. No.2027/2020.
