Section 173(1) in The Orissa Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993
(1)District Magistrate are authorised to exercise in their respective jurisdictions the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of the section 112, section 115, Sub-secs (1) and (2) of section 116 and section 117.
