Section 39 in The Rajasthan Tax on Luxuries (in Hotels and Lodging Houses) Act, 1990
39. Indemnity.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any officer or other employees of the State Government for anything which is in good faith, done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
