Section 13(1) in Goa Investment Promotion Act, 2014
(1)There shall be constituted a Fund to be called the Goa Investment Promotion Fund and there shall be credited thereto-(a)any grant or aid received by the Board from the Government;(b)all sums by way of contributions, fees, grants, gifts, donations, benefactions and any other sums received by the Board.
