2. The petitioner eversince from his appointment is serving in difficult sub cadre area of Chhota Bhangal, .

District Kangra, H.P. since 2016 and, therefore, in terms of the Comprehensive Guiding Principles-2013, is entitled to be transferred to one of the soft stations of his choice.

3. The petitioner has already filed a representation (Annexure P-3) wherein he has opted for the following stations:- r "1. GPS Nagoon.

2. GPS Lulani.

3. GPS Garthera.

4. GPS Dharar.

5. GPS Phatahar."

4. Accordingly, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition by directing the respondents to consider and decide the representation preferred by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today and thereafter consequential orders of transfer be passed within a period of next one week. Ordered accordingly.

5. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.

6. For compliance, to come up on 23.12.2022.
