Section 18(1) in The East Punjab Refugees Rehabilitation (Buildings and Building sites) Act, 1948
(1)The [State] Government may make [rules] [For rules, see East Punjab Government Notification No. 3308-Section dated 17.9.1948, published in East Punjab Gazette, 1948, Part I, pages 782-92.] consistent with this Act for the carrying out any of its purposes.
