Section 323(2) in The Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats And Industrial Townships Act, 1965
(2)If a Council has already made bye-laws on a matter for which model by-laws are made by the State Government, the Council may adopt the model bye-laws with such minimum changes as the peculiar local circumstances may warrant.
