Section 202(1) in Siliguri Municipal Corporation Act, 1990
(1)If it appears to the Chief Executive Officer at any time that any building is in a ruinous condition or is in any way dangerous, the Chief Executive Officer may by an order require the owner or the occupier of such building to demolish, secure or repair such building.
