19. 1. It is seen that the challenge in the writ petitions filed in 2017 is to the levy of holding tax by virtue of a resolution dated 13th November 2015 of the Government of Odisha. Therefore, it is incumbent on the Government of Odisha to file a reply to the petitions filed in 2017.
2. Last opportunity of eight weeks is granted to Government of Odisha to do so. Rejoinder thereto be filed before the next date.
3. List on 23rd August, 2022. The interim order passed in the respective writ petitions shall continue till then.
