Section 7(4) in The Gujarat Diseases of Animals (Control) Act, 1963
(4)Animals detained at a quarantine station shall remain under the care of the person in charge who shall be responsible for their feeding and upkeep and for the payment of such fee for their vaccination and marking as may be prescribed.
