Section 2(r) in Tamil Nadu Business Facilitation Act, 2018
(r)"notification" means a notification published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette and the word 'notified' should be construed accordingly;(rr)“notified enterprise” means any enterprise or a class or category of enterprise, as may be notified by the Government, from time to time.
