1. The above cases have been posted to today for hearing.
2. Since we are engaged in hearing of another part heard matters, there is no time.
3. Most of the Counsel wanted these matters to be posted in a physical hearing. Since, this Bench has decided to restore the Hybrid Mode of hearing from 15.02.2022, we feel that these matters can be posted to 18.02.2022 for hearing.
4. In the meantime, if the parties want to file any written submissions, if any, they are at liberty to file the same, so that the time of oral hearing can be minimised.
