Section 6 in The Orissa Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969
6. Nomination on failure of election.
- If for any reason, whatsoever, the concerned electorate fails to return a Vice-President or, as the case may be, a member, the State Government shall nominate a person eligible for election to such office to be the Vice-President or, as the case may be, member who shall, on being so nominated, be deemed to have been duly elected.
