Section 4(1)(vi) in The Tamil Nadu Electricity Supply Code, 2004

(vi)At the time of extension of period of temporary supply, it shall ensured that the advance current consumption (CC) charges are adequate. The CC charges shall be adjusted against the advance t CC charges.
