Section 37(a) in The Chhattisgarh Municipal Service (Executive) Rules, 1973
(a)during the first year of suspension, subsistence allowance at the rate of half of the amount of leave salary which the member would have drawn, under the leave rules applicable to him, if he had been on leave on average pay, and for any period subsequent thereto at three eights, of such salary.
