Section 3(6) in Andhra Pradesh School Education (Regulation of Transfers) Rules, 2005
(6)No Head Master Grade II, Mandal Educational Officer and Lecturer District Institute of Education and Training who has not completed 2 years of service in a particular School/ Office/Institution as on 1st July of the year shall be transferred.
